Folks, please stop pissing and moaning about Cory Booker. Yes, I know all of your bleeding hearts are broken once again, to see your latest progressive hero, become the next great sell-out/disappointment.
But folks, the problem is not Cory Booker, the problem is campaign finance reform.
Instead of fighting over the purity of our congresspeople, we ought to acknowledge that NONE of the progressive things they fought for and GAVE US, happen without them playing the game.
Purity in politics is difficult under the best of circumstances, not to mention the (campaign finance) circumstances we have in place now.
