Racist fliers promoting a white supremacist organization were found on the campus of Eastern Michigan University Thursday morning prompting concern in and around the Ypsilanti campus. According to a press release from EMU the fliers were found on several buildings on Eastern's campus Thursday, September 7.
According to the September 7 press release from Eastern Michigan University, "The fliers and the hateful, racist causes they promote run completely counter to Eastern’s core values of diversity, inclusiveness and respect. They also violate EMU's policies regarding postings, and therefore are being removed as we learn of them. Similar fliers have been found at other universities in the United States."
