Ah! One year ago we were able to see one of the first victories in our Safe Drinking Water Act lawsuit. The goal was to get the City and State to comply with the Safe Drinking Water Act law and start fixing the problems by replacing the pipes they destroyed covered under the law. And we've got that now. We need to use this as motivation to keep pressuring the State to replace all the destroyed infrastructure, including inside the homes. We went through a long battle for one piece of the puzzle to our recovery, but we won. So let's use keep that in mind as we push for accountability and a full recovery for Flint!
